Welcome Spring!
Soon the air will be fragrant with trees budding, flowers blooming and bugs biting (oh well, cycle of life again). Please go for more walks to soak up sunlight; it’s good for your body (really) and we tend not to get enough of this badly needed nutrient in the winter.

Sadly, it’s no great surprise
Presidential candidate John Edwards’ wife’s breast cancer has returned and it’s worsening. What do you expect? She is under medical care. This is neither surprising nor rare. Treating the tumor as an enemy is bound to fail. The tumor is a symptom, the response of a toxic, malfunctioning, probably nutritionally deficient body. The cut, burn and poison "kill the tumor" therapies of orthodox medicine do not address the causes of cancer and that is why the medical profession is largely a failure in dealing with it.
Edwards’ wife and millions of others are proof of that. MDs treat the cancer while natural healers address the person who has cancer. Addressing why cancer develops is the best approach.
Of course Edwards and the other members of Congress will probably demand MORE money be given to MDs to "find the cure." More billions will go to waste. When will they wake up? Throwing MDs at our health problems doesn’t work because our health problems are problems of what we eat, drink and are exposed to – they are not medical problems.
There are proven cancer cures, but the medical profession and government ignore and suppress them, favoring toxic drugs and expensive, bizarre therapies.

Have you been KSTd? Koren Specific Technique
People get adjusted the first time and right away they are on their cell phone talking to a friend to get in here. I never had that happen before. The week ending 2/25/07 I had 11 new patients from referrals. I never ever had that happen either. Some of them are coming from 30 miles away. Before KST people would only travel about 10 miles at the most. The referrals are not coming from me asking them to refer either. They are just very, very satisfied patients with off the chart results. Kevin Kita, DC

Get the best results of your career. You can even adjust yourself specifically; get results you always dreamed about.

KST will save your hands, arms, shoulders, back and add years to your ability to practice.

Rat poison is OK for cancer patients
ABC News March 23, 2007 - 12:57 PM EDT. Rat poison caused the deaths of U.S. pets that ate tainted food from Canada and the death toll is expected to rise, ABC News reported Friday. A source told ABC that wheat imported from China and used by Menu Foods in nearly 100 brands of cat and dog food contained a rodentidicide called "aminopterin." "Aminopterin" is illegal to use as rat poison in the United States but is used as a cancer-fighting drug, the source said.

Top researcher: 'Untested' vaccine could harm - Says HPV 'experiment' on girls might even increase cancer rate
http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=54713
A researcher who worked on a vaccine for the human papillomavirus is warning that it hasn't been tested on young girls, is "silly" for states to mandate the vaccination, and in a worst-case scenario could even increase cervical cancer rates.
Cervical "cancer" vaccine – the real reason to mandate it: $
"Unless you force people to get it, penetration is low," said Cosette Wheeler of the University of New Mexico, who conducted clinical trials of the vaccine.
"This is not a communicable disease that would keep kids out of school like mumps or rubella," said Gerald Tirozzi, executive director of the National Association of Secondary School Principals. "To make this a condition to enter school — I think parents would become very upset, and many would see this as a signal to their daughters that they can become sexually active," Tirozzi said.

In spite of or because of?
Infant mortality down; immunisation too
http://southasia.oneworld.net/article/view/132610/1/6684
NEW DELHI, MAY 10: Two recent health surveys carried out by the Government have thrown up mixed results. While one reports that the Infant Mortality Rate has fallen below 60 [deaths per 1000 live births] for the first time in the country, the worrying sign is that the already low immunisation rates are showing further decline.
Tedd’s comments: One of the tragedies of journalism is that most journalists are writing much more than they are thinking. The information comes and goes and no one has time to organize it and make sense out of it. The above could spark a great research project, but it’ll never happen – it may tarnish a golden calf.

Humor
Understanding Engineers – Take One
Two engineering students were walking across a university campus when one said, "Where did you get such a great bike?"
The second engineer replied, "Well, I was walking along yesterday, minding my own business, when a beautiful woman rode up on this bike, threw it to the ground, took off all her clothes and said, "Take what you want."
The second engineer nodded approvingly and said, "Good choice; the clothes probably wouldn't have fit you anyway."

Understanding Engineers – Take Two
To the optimist, the glass is half full. To the pessimist, the glass is half empty. To the engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.

Understanding Engineers – Take Three
A priest, a doctor, and an engineer were waiting one morning for a particularly slow group of golfers. The engineer fumed, "What's with those blokes? We must have been waiting for fifteen minutes!" The doctor chimed in, "I don't know, but I've never seen such inept golf!"
The priest said, "Here comes the greens keeper. Let's have a word with him." He said, "Hello, George! What's wrong with that group ahead of us? They're rather slow, aren't they?"
The greens keeper replied, "Oh, yes. That's a group of blind fire fighters. They lost their sight saving our clubhouse from a fire last year, so we always let them play for free anytime."
The group fell silent for a moment.
The priest said, "That's so sad. I think I will say a special prayer for them tonight."
The doctor said, "Good idea. I'm going to contact my ophthalmologist colleague and see if there's anything he can do for them."
The engineer said, "Why can't they play at night?"

Understanding Engineers – Take Four
What is the difference between mechanical engineers and civil engineers?
Mechanical engineers build weapons and civil engineers build targets.

Understanding Engineers – Take Five
The graduate with a science degree asks, "Why does it work?" The graduate with an engineering degree asks, "How does it work?" The graduate with an accounting degree asks, "How much will it cost?" The graduate with an arts degree asks, "Do you want fries with that?"

Understanding Engineers – Take Six
Three engineering students were gathered together discussing the possible designers of the human body. One said, "It was a mechanical engineer. Just look at all the joints." Another said, "No, it was an electrical engineer. The nervous system has many thousands of electrical connections." The last one said, "No, actually it had to have been a civil engineer. Who else would run a toxic waste pipeline through a recreational area?"

Understanding Engineers – Take Seven
Normal people believe that if it isn't broke, don't fix it. Engineers believe that if it isn't broke, it doesn't have enough features yet.

Thanks for reading this far down and for letting me into your life in this way. Please write me at tkoren@korenpublications.com with any questions or comments. See you next month. Tedd
